When partner (not on lead) doubles a slam contract, he is directing you, on the opening lead, to lead a specific suit.

In order of preference:

1. If dummy bid a side suit, lead it.

2. If dummy bid two side suits, lead the first bid suit

3. If dummy has not bid a side suit but declarer has, lead declarer’s side suit.

4. If neither dummy nor declarer has bid a side suit, lead an unbid suit, usually your longest unbid suit since doubler probably has a void there.
