4NT Regular Blackwood ask partner to bid up-the-line....5C is no aces, 5D is one ace, 5H is two aces, 5S is three aces and 5NT is all four aces. If the 4NT bidder continues to 5NT he is asking for kings.
Used to ask for aces when:

A trump suit has been established

A trump suit is implied

An immediate 4NT response over opener's bid of 1C, 1D, 1H or 1S. |
If a notrump sequence has been bid and no apparent fit is indicated, 4NT usually is "quantitative" and is asking partner to bid 6NT or pass.
