Your jump 2 NT overcall of opponent’s opening bid shows a either a weak hand or a strong hand with the two lower unbid suits (at least 5 - 5). Let partner choose a suit if your side is to preempt or sacrifice.

Requirements:

	Weak hand: 12 or less HCP, depends on vulnerability.
	Strong hand: 17 or more HCP
	Do not use Unusual NT with an intermediate hand: 13 - 16 HCP
	Must be over a one-bid opening, thus a jump bid of 2 NT. Exception is 2 NT over a strong 2C opening.

Note: If partner makes a responsive notrump bid of any level, he is asking you to pick the suit.
