Weak Jump Overcall

You jump-overcall opponents bid. Normally you have less than an opening hand. Your minimum requirements for length and strength equal those of an opening preemptive two- or three-level bid. However, you could have a long-suited hand that would be a light opener in the first seat. Purpose is to preempt opponents.
